I am currently trying to build up my portfolio here in the Eugene/Springfield area and I am offering my services for great low prices. I can help you plan all the details down to the smallest and be there for you on the day of. Or if you have it all planned and just need some help on the day of to make sure everything runs smoothly then I am your Day of Coordinator. My prices are very reasonable and I have excellent references.
I do Weddings, Birthdays, Fund-raisers, Holidays parties, Celebration of Life, Corporate events and much more.
As your Wedding Day of Coordinator I will do the following:
Visit the venue with you,
Arrive early to oversee the set up and decorating,
Distribute final payments to vendors (as needed),
Coordinate with vendors to make sure they set up in time,
Keep the event on schedule,
Line up the bridal party,
Notify you when it is time to do special things,
Assist with cutting the cake,
Box up any remaining cake,
Collect your personal keepsake items
