Job Description: Residential Lawn Mowing and Maintenance We are now hiring Lawn Care Operators for the upcoming season! Don’t wait—our routes fill up fast, and operators who reserve their spots early are guaranteed work when the season starts. Secure your route now to lock in high earnings this spring and summer! Great GIG Income! On mowing days, Solo Operators can earn $500 to $700 Per Route! Efficient, hardworking 2-man crews can earn as much as $800 per day! The minimum requirements are as follows: Mowing Equipment: Operators must maintain good functioning equipment, including a push mower, Z-turn mower, weedwhacker, and blower. Reliable Transportation: Operators are responsible for traveling between properties on their route each day. Smartphone: Before and after pictures are required for all properties, and you must be able to use the OptimoRoute app for navigation and uploading pictures. About the Position: This is a performance-based 1099 position. We do NOT provide equipment or training. Pay is issued bi-weekly, with a two-week delay, and operators must build up a $1,500 retainer before receiving payouts. Compensation is based on: $30 per mow $40 per application of weed and feed (as required) About the Routes: Highly Consolidated: Routes are designed to minimize travel time between properties - we give you properties that are closest to your home base. Urban Routes: Average less than 10 miles of driving distance total per route. Suburban Routes: Average less than 15 miles of driving distance total per route. Each route consists of 16-25 residential properties. Routes are shared via the OptimoRoute Driver app, and updates are sent in real time. Secure Your Route Before It’s Too Late!
