We are hiring a Sort Lead. This is a full-time, ongoing assignment. Job: Sort Lead Pay: $20.25 Start Date(s): 6/10 and ongoing Candidates must have: *Previous leadership experience required *Forklift certification/experience required *Previous warehouse experience *Effective communication skills *Good attitude and strong team player The job includes but is not limited to: -Manage a team of Sortation Associates in performing the sortation process -Overseeing the operations facility -Stationing associates within the correct spots in the warehouse -Pulling in night reports -Unloading trucks -Working independently or in a team to pick, pack, and ship items -Using hand tools to assemble warehouse material handling equipment -Safely relocating or repacking inventory items as directed, up to 50 pounds in weight -Operating machinery or other light equipment (e.g. pallet jacks) as trained in a safe and responsible manner -Reaching, crouching, bending over, and other physically strenuous activities as required by the leadership team How to Apply: • Please send your reply to digitaloperations@employbridge.com with your contact information • Please include "Cleveland Sort Lead 428107 " in your reply • We will reach out ASAP to see if you are a fit for the role
