Rock Roll Mountain Bike Trail is NOW OPEN at Cacapon State Park! This beginner-level mountain biking trail has two loops, an easy inner 1/2 mile loop, and a more challenging 1-mile outer loop. This is a 5’ wide “flowing” trail that is suitable for all. Access this new trail between the Science & Nature Center and the playground.
Head for the water attractions from the lake with the sand beach at Cacapon State Park to the outdoor pool at Berkeley Springs State Park where there are lifeguards and concession stands too. Row and Paddleboats are available at Cacapon in Season. Both the Cacapon and Potomac rivers have plenty of public access for swimming, boating, and fishing. And you can always bathe in the magic water of the springs at our spas.
