We prefer candidates who have at least one year of experience in insurance or sales, but no experience is necessary. Insurance Agent Duties, Responsibilities, Marketing, and Compensation * Your assigned a production consultant for one on one training apart from your team and weekly training calls * We teach you how to generate your own leads, generate ads at your cost, have over 20 ads to pick from * Develop leads and schedule appointments with clients * Determine the specific needs of particular clients by researching current coverage and available options * Answer questions related to coverage and annual charges * Help customers complete all paperwork properly * Product and Sales training platform * Obtain underwriting approval by completing the application for coverage * CRM available for agents with AUTOMATIONS * 100% - 150% compensation, renewals, and DAILY PAY * Customized website Insurance Agent Requirements and Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent * Prior sales experience is a plus but not necessary * Proficient with Microsoft Office * Strong communication skills * Organized, self-motivated, and proactive in problem-solving NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!!!
