Modern, busy, non-corporate, out of network dental group with a wonderful team welcomes talented general dentists or specialists to contact us regarding the various opportunities to join our growing office located in the SE corner of San Antonio, Brooks City Base area. We have flexible schedules that could include moonlighting for a specialty resident or military dentist, as well as a 3-4 day a week position for an easy going, career minded, productive, well communicating, general dentist who is looking for a long term position in a friendly, organized setting. Our office is unique in that our patient base requires extensive dental care and enjoys the private practice experience we provide. Since we are not in network of any PPO, HMO or Medicaid, the compensation per procedure is much higher than most high volume offices. As a private office our overhead is also much higher but we are still able to offer 28% adjusted production commission paid bi weekly. Our goal is to reopen 7 days per week, so the schedule offered can be negotiated and flexible. Dentrix software is used and we perform quite a few root canals, extractions, and have good equipment for bread-and-butter general dentistry. We do not currently use scanners, lasers or any other high-tech equipment which is not necessary for our patient base. An implant kit is available for those who are interested and we refer out for imaging.
