Vintage IBM RISC (Reduced Instruction Set Computer), TYPE 7013. "Assembled by IBM Corporation in the U.S.A. of U.S. and non-U.S. components." "Contains Licensed Internal Code.. Property of IBM - RISC System 6000™ Microcode ©Copyright IBM Corp. 1991, 1994 All rights reserved." IBM video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VQSTg2nA65M This server powers up and posts (per the front end digital display). I believe this server contains software, however, As of yet, I have not gotten external video output and keyboard/mouse control. The server has booted to "Standby" but because I have no video and user control, I have not been able to shut it down normally. On the next boot the server goes into "Rebuild" mode. Again, if I had user control I could have shut the server down properly. The main problem is, so far I have no familiarity with this kind of equipment. This is a hugely interesting piece computer history but my interest is mainly in repairing, servicing and refurbishing modern computers. However, I have figured out how to remove panels and components to see what's inside server. Now I'm getting excited about learning more. I know how to figure things out. If I can't sell this beast quickly, I will keep it and get it up and fully functioning. Unlike someone in this country, I have curiosity.. This IBM server is large and very heavy (I am guessing it weighs at least 180lbs. You will see in the photos that I have it on a furniture dolly so I can move it around). The dimensions are approximately 28" long x 14" wide x 23" high. Conditions of Sale: Cash only, local pick up. No holds, First come First served. No guarantees, no returns, sale is final. post id: 3008296695
