📸 Job Listing: Event & Headshot Photographer (Hourly) Location: Bay Area, CA Schedule: As needed; primarily weekdays with occasional weekends Pay: $50–$75/hr based on experience and milestones We’re hiring a skilled, reliable, and energetic Event & Headshot Photographer to join our Bay Area team. We specialize in corporate events, headshots, and luxury events, and we’re looking for a photographer who can match our standard of quality, professionalism, and stamina. If you love fast-paced shoots, work well with people, and come equipped with professional gear (including the “holy trinity” of lenses), you may be a great fit! 🎯 Responsibilities: 1) Photograph events, professional headshots, and corporate outings 2) Represent the company professionally while interacting with clients and subjects 3) Handle changing lighting conditions, venues, and timelines with ease 4) Deliver clean, well-exposed, and composed images, with attention to detail to our in-house editors 5) Work solo or alongside a team, depending on the assignment ✅ Requirements: 1) Experience shooting corporate events, headshots, and/or weddings 2) Own professional camera gear, including: * 24–70mm f/2.8 * 16–35mm f/2.8 * 70–200mm f/2.8 * At least one pro-level camera body (dual card slots & back up body preferred) 3) Familiarity with both natural light and off-camera flash setups 4) Strong interpersonal skills, punctuality, and consistent reliability 5) Physical energy and stamina for full-day shoots (up to 10 hours) 6) Reliable transportation throughout the Bay Area --- 💰 Tiered Pay Structure: We believe in rewarding experience, professionalism, and growth. Our on-site pay structure reflects this: **Event Photography:** Entry Level: $50/hr Lead: $60/hr Senior: $75/hr **Headshot Photography:** Entry Level: $50/hr Lead: $60/hr Senior: $75/hr Milestones are based on performance, reliability, and technical execution, with most in-house photographers advancing to senior status in under 9 months.
