We are seeking a talented and passionate Medical Assistant with experience in aesthetic medicine or cosmetic dermatology to join our team at both our Manhattan and Woodbury locations. Key Responsibilities: Assist providers during minimally invasive aesthetic procedures Prepare and maintain clean, well-stocked treatment rooms Accurately document patient medical histories and vital signs Manage digital patient files, consents, and before-and-after photos Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment protocols and expectations Schedule consultations, follow-ups, and procedures Maintain EMR records and ensure HIPAA compliance Perform administrative support tasks as needed Contribute to marketing and social media efforts (strongly preferred) Stay current on industry trends and aesthetic advancements Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program (required) CMA, RMA, or equivalent certification (required) Phlebotomy certification (required) Minimum 1 year of experience in aesthetic RESUMES TO Mfesinstine@phaxis.com An Equal Employment Opportunity Employer #PhaxisMindy
