Job Summary: Local based and family-owned company is seeking an entry level Full-Time sales rep Monday through Saturday, with occasional Sundays. Company is willing to train. Job Description: • Answer incoming phone calls. • Answer emails and any text received. • Greet and assist customers with any questions. • Take orders/quotes from customers. • Create refunds and returns for customers. • Process orders in the system and post payments accurately. • Call vendors in search of prices & availability of products. • Keep customers updated with their orders. • Open and close out their register at the end of every day. • Restock and price incoming inventory. • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties, such as store cleaning. • Comply with handbook policies. • Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities.
