I am remodeling my 2 bed 2 bath condo but I would like to rent a room and the bathroom while I am slowly working on it (work will not done most the time (please read on). Can be short term or longer (I am asking 600/month for now) You will have a privacy and safety. You need to have an ID, clean and organized person, good credit history and good financial status who can put 1200 first month (rent + deposit). Male or female but you need to be a non-smoker, drag free and a normal person. I can provide my ID as well. The room is unfurnished. Serious and normal inquire only with 1. your name, 2. contact info (email, cell) 3. little bit of your introduction Thank you, it is 2nd floor unit. It will basically by yourself. I might go there next month or so for a week to do some more work but it would just for a week and the unit will be just by yourself. One room and one bathroom is completely empty for your use. The other room is filled with my tools, etc and it will be off limit. Another bathroom, you can use as well, both bathrooms are mostly ready to use but some tile works are not yet 100% done. In the kitchen, there is a bland new Ref. I am planning to complete redo the kitchen in the future and the area might be done for a week when I do, but it would be available most the time (95%) of the time. Living/Dining area, I got some boxes and flooring materials but you can move around to use that area. I will do painting and redo the flooring but I will let you know when I go there to do the work and the down time will be a week or less. I will coordinate and notify you when I will be there and the down time. All other time, the unit will be with your own. I live in other State and I have full time job there so I will not go to Tulsa too often. You need to have a good credit history, no smoker, no pet, etc. and have a good financial stability (no problem to pay the 1,200 (1st month rent + security deposit). Lease can be minimum 4 month and then after that can be month to month. Deposit amount is a month rent. Most utilities (water, gas, electric) are paid but not for the Cable TV and Wifi. 30 days Notice is required Washer & Dryer are located at the basement with coin (more accurate to say use your App to pay for it), and I am in a process of install my unit own W&D hook up in the kitchen area but not yet done) I might need to access your room to do some minor work (wall painting, replace ceiling fan, etc, complete bathroom tile). However, I will respect your privacy and notify you in advance. When, I visit Tulsa, I would prefer to get help with a ride from airport to Condo, and drop me off to the AP, I will coordinate the time). I visit Tulsa 3 times in last 7 months and rented a car but it was expensive and prefer to save $. Lighting updates are done with downlight with night mode with Wi-Fi dimmer control. As you can see, some tile works are not yet done but it is fine to take shower. It is hard to see in the photos, but the new tiles are nice and also the shower and rain shower is WONDERFUL!
