$250 | Personal Checking User Experience Study We’re a professional market research firm conducting a paid usability study on major financial institutions' online account opening experience. As a participant, you’ll join a virtual session with one of our experienced researchers to open a new checking account. The session will be recorded to document the experience and support the study findings. All personal information is automatically anonymized using secure AI tools and will never be shared outside the context of the study. After the session, you’ll be asked to share any communications (emails, texts, app notifications, etc.) you receive from the bank over the following 7 days.
