Classes for beginners, intermediate, and advanced, adults and children. I have had experience teaching children with learning disabilities, Downs Syndrome and autism. All did very well! The very young should have a good attention span, and a fairly calm demeanor. Must be able to count to 10, I will help them work with a method book and a theory workbook. I recommend age seven as the best age for a child beginner. Each student will work at their own pace. The most important thing that I teach is fast accurate note reading! When you can play Bass and Treble notes together, accurately, then you may progress to more advanced music. A metronome is used regularly to help teach rhythm!---{continue}

Family and friends are welcome to quietly watch all lessons if desired. Good communication, and a happy, friendly attitude with the students and parents is VERY IMPORTANT TO ME!
