If you’re a natural leader with the skills to manage crews and keep projects on track, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities: Lead and oversee multiple small jobs or one large-scale project (1200+ hours) Work closely with the PM and Superintendent to communicate job needs and progress Read and interpret electrical blueprints and plans Run smaller jobs (8–40 hours) independently with apprentices Ensure materials are requested in advance to avoid delays Create a positive and productive work environment Place and motivate personnel efficiently to meet deadlines Requirements: Prior Foreman experience managing crews is a must Must be able to work 40 hours a week and potential overtime if needed Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work with minimal supervision Pay: Up to $35/hr based on experience This is a great opportunity to join a growing company and take the lead on meaningful projects.
