Will Suffering Ever End?
What the Bible says: “God, will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be know more, neither will mourning nor out cry nor pain will be anymore.” Revelation 21:4.
Psalms 37:10, 11 Just a little while longer, and the wicked will be no more; You will look at where they were, And they will not be there.11 But the meek will possess the earth, And they will find exquisite delight in the abundance of peace.
Can We Really Believe What The Bible Says? Yes, for at least two reasons:
1. Who or what could prevent God from bringing about these changes? After making those promises in Revelation 21:4 note what verse 5 says: “And the One seated on the throne said: “Look! I am making all things new.” Also he says: “Write, for these words are faithful and true.””
2. 2 Tim 3:16 says: All Scripture is inspired of God and beneficial for teaching, for reproving, for setting things straight, for disciplining in righteousness.
There is much evidence to help us appreciate the truthfulness of that statement. To this point in history there have been hundreds if not thousands of Bible prophecies that have come true. A study of the Bible can help us to see that we can trust the Bible.
It can also help us to answer many of life’s important question.
