Water Meter Technician
Zone 1 is looking for Water Meter Installers. The technician will be responsible for replacing water meters. Responsibilities include customer interaction by alerting customers that we are doing a meter change out and answering questions they may have. The technician must accurately collect data on each install in a timely manner. Must be dependable, detailed oriented, have good verbal skills and a neat / clean appearance. Must be comfortable interacting with customers and quality oriented. Must have the ability to work within safety guidelines. Must have a reliable truck or van, preferably white or silver. A valid drivers license is required with proof of insurance. Hours are Monday thru Thursday 7:30 – 4:00 and Fridays are 7:30 - 2:00pm. Each meter will pay $12.50.
