SUCHNESS dining room is seeking a part-time or full-time dishwasher. Available shifts are Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday evening shifts (typically 4pm - 10pm) and a Sunday brunch shift. Full and part-time candidates considered. Previous dishwashing experience in professional kitchen is ideal. This is a vital role in our small business - punctuality and reliability are key. Position Overview: As a dishwasher in our casual fine-dining restaurant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen. Your responsibilities will include washing dishes, utensils, and cookware, ensuring all items are sanitized and ready for use, regular deep cleaning schedule, and adhering to closing procedures to ensure a clean and sanitized kitchen daily. Key Responsibilities: - Operate dishwashing machinery and hand-wash items as needed. - Sort and stack dishes, pots, pans, and utensils for washing. - Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area. - Dispose of waste properly. - Assist with kitchen cleaning tasks as required. - Ensure that all dishes and kitchenware meet cleanliness standards. - Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor.
