Beautifully furnished 2-bedroom 1-bath house with a very large living room with a nice large kitchen. Large mineral springs hot tub with a yard that is a beautiful oasis with lots of birds, nicely fenced complex with a picnic table, barbecue grill, gas fire pit, swing, hammock and several patio sets to relax on and enjoy your stay.
Very large 8' x 12' mineral hot springs tub with jets, that is shared by everyone staying here, there are five units total on the property.
Truth or Consequences is a small artsy community. There are a lot of art galleries and unique and interesting little shops in the downtown area. Less Than a block away from Rotery park on the Rio Grande River and the city pool is a block away, Elephant Butte lake is 5 miles north and Caballo Lake is 11 miles south of Truth or Consequences. The property is within walking distance to downtown truth or Consequences bars, restaurants, dispensaries and several Mineral Springs Spas. There is an art walk the second Saturday of every month with live bands and all the galleries are open to the public from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m.
There is a farmer's market every Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. in the summer, and every other weekend the rest of the year.
This unit comes with everything you need pots, pans, dishes, silverware, toaster oven, coffee pot, microwave, smart TV'S in the bedrooms and living room, sheets, towels and blankets. And a ceiling fans in every room in the house. The smart TV's have several streaming apps., Disney plus with Hulu and HBO Max.
Nightly or weekly $180 per night plus taxes this does include the cleaning fee. $700 weekly plus $60 cleaning fee.
$2,400 monthly month to month lease plus $200 non-refundable cleaning fee and a $500 deposit.
