Maintenance Technician
Currently seeking a full-time maintenance tech to perform resident's work orders and turn vacant units at multiple sites in the area. Typical schedule is Monday - Friday business hours, with "on-call" responsibilities rotated every other week. NO sub-contractors will be considered for the position. You must have previous apartment maintenance experience. Hourly position, holiday pay. We do not offer health benefits.
