Maintenance Technician
Currently seeking a full or part-time maintenance tech to perform resident's work orders and turn vacant units at multiple sites in the area. NO sub-contractors will be considered for the position. You must have previous apartment maintenance experience. Hourly position, holiday pay. We do not offer health benefits. The qualifications and abilities include the following: Able to lay both sheet and square vinyl flooring Install bathroom sinks and vanities Tile repair/replacement Basic plumbing Basic eletrical Basic carpentry skills Grounds clean up on a daily basis Perfect position for someone retired.
