The Field Marketer for Frontline Medical will primarily serve as a communications conduit to drive client retention, new business, and brand recognition for ER and Pain Management. Face-to-face interactions with a polished and professional approach are imperative to this position. Engage with clients and the community by distributing product collateral, branded gifts, and occasionally treats. The Marketer will review brand objectives with the Marketing Director, then work independently at strategic locations with minimal oversight. The hourly pay will be determined by the candidate's skills, experience, education, and demonstrated abilities; the range would be between $15 and $20 per hour. This position requires long-term dedication, and we seek a seasoned marketing professional to work part-time during the day, Monday-Friday, as agreed on with your supervisor. This is not an entry-level position. A personal vehicle will be required. The territory will be East and North Dallas. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Local Marketing • Convey the products and services of Frontline Medical to firms and other healthcare facilities. • Contribute to improving sales collateral by identifying features that evoke positive feedback during visits. Client Retention • Build and maintain relationships with current clients and prospects. • Develop a good understanding of our existing clients' preferences. New Business • Assist with developing strategies to reach qualified leads. • Initiate dialogue and lay the foundation to partner with local cross-promotional businesses. Reports • Manage local travel itinerary and keep detailed records of interactions for review by leadership. POSITION REQUIREMENTS • Exceptional oral and written communication skills to internal and external parties. • Experience and proficiency with traditional marketing techniques. • Excellent networking skills to build solid relationships with vendors and business partners. • Understanding of local marketing to increase the number of ER Health and Auto Insurance patients. • Understand how to use email, spreadsheets, and/or customer relationship management software. QUALIFICATIONS 1. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent 2. 2+ years of data entry, front desk, or clerical experience 3. Proven abilities in planning, organizing, and time management, with a flexible approach to work schedules, including the need to cover shifts in emergencies 4. Typing speed of at least 40 wpm 5. Must be able to work independently and follow exact instructions with little oversight 6. Must be able to write and speak English fluently 7.
