White is a small boutique criminal defense law firm based in San Diego. We pride ourselves on a close-knit, friendly work environment where teamwork and professionalism come first. Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, with the potential to grow into a full-time role. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Spanish and comfortable working in a dynamic criminal defense practice. This position is part time to start, but could turn into full time. Key Responsibilities: Speaking Spanish to communicate effectively with clients and staff Answering phones and managing client communications Reviewing discovery materials Sending emails and preparing legal correspondence Filing legal documents and maintaining case files Preparing case packages for court and client meetings Qualifications: Spanish language proficiency is required Prior legal assistant or law office experience preferred but not mandatory Strong organizational and multitasking skills Professional and courteous communication skills Compensation: $25–$30 per hour, based on experience Why Work With Us?
