Experienced, do it right the first time. From engine swaps to outdrive rebuilds we've been working on boats for over 40 years and have seen just about everything. From 5hp 2-stroke outboards to blown hydros, to dual engine offshore monsters, sailboats too, we've done it. We will service any boat on any of the highland lakes and surrounding areas. We prefer mobile-type work, but for larger jobs, stringers, upholstery, outdrive services, engine swaps, and general mechanical we do bring the boat to our shop.
We have starters for basically any direct, I/O or v-drive ski boat or Mercruiser/Volvo Penta setup in stock. Same day service available. You'll pay around the same for us to come to you and install a warrantied starter than you will pay for the part from most of the local marine part houses.
We can do any type of work, fiberglass, gelcoat, detailing, upholstery, wiring, gas and diesel mechanical, out-drives, direct drives, v-drives trailer repair, Mercruiser, Volvo-Penta, Honda, Mercury, Mariner, OMC, SeaDoo, Yamaha, Evinrude, Johnson, Indmar, PCM, Seadoo, Kawasaki, pre-purchase inspection, spring tune-ups. If we can do the job, we'll let you know. if we can't, we'll tell you who can. We also work on motorcycles, cars and trucks and heavy diesel equipment.

Pre-Purchase Inspections
Do not buy any boat that potentially has a cracked block without having a mechanic check it out. Min $7500 to put a new block in any boat. We do pre-purchase inspections. Call us! You'll be glad you did. Don't buy a boat anchor that is somebody else’s problem!!!
Winterization
Who knows if Snowmageddon will be here again. Don’t neglect to winterize your boat. We do a complete service on your boat that will guard against the block cracking. New engines are expensive. Give us a call today and let us give you a quote to winterize your boat.
Policies
Here is how we work. If we need to come out to figure out the issue, It's $150 for use to show up to your boat and diagnose the problem. For boats docks that include a lot of stairs mostly on Lake Travis, there is a stairs charge of $100. From there, we will email an estimate for the work. 100% of parts and 50% of labor is required to start work, 50% of labor is due upon completion. The availability of parts is the major factor in the speed by which a repair is made. We can do shop based work as well. Shop daily rate is $125 and our hourly rate is $125.
We don't do things halfway, don't ask us to. We don't like to get into situations where we fix something halfway and then our customers think it's our fault that it broke again. Mainly, we just don't want it to break for that reason, again. Our desire is that you have a fun day on the water, not skunked because of shoddy work.
