Company is seeking a motivated and results-driven Staffing Recruiter to join our team. The Staffing Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates for a variety of temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct placement opportunities. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for matching talent with opportunity. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals • Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and job preferences • Match candidates with suitable job opportunities based on client requirements • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure satisfaction and retention • Collaborate with account managers and clients to understand staffing needs and deliver timely solutions • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent • 1+ years of recruiting, staffing, or human resources experience (staffing agency experience a plus) • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills • Strong sourcing and interviewing skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily recruiting goals • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems Text Recruiter with name and resume to 469-264-9500
