Ask for Yadhi or Lupe. 💼 CUSTODIAL OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR- FULL TIME (TUESDAY- SATURDAY) $21.50 PER HOUR All Star Labor and Staffing is now looking to hire a Custodial Operations Supervisor for the Custodial Department for a local company the Salem area. Position Summary: Oversees daily custodial operations, directly supervising site supervisors and ensuring contractual standards, quality, efficiency, and safety are met. Provides hands-on support and leadership for assigned crews. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and train custodial site supervisors and staff Ensure quality and timely completion of custodial tasks Maintain compliance with contract requirements Provide backup coverage as needed Conduct quality and site inspections Communicate with site representatives on issues Assist in reducing operational costs and overtime Maintain organized and compliant supply/storage areas Monitor and manage supply use and site documentation Ensure proper safety procedures and MSDS availability Fills in for crew members as required to ensure adequate coverage is available so that all work is accomplished Ensures that all site custodial closets are maintained in a neat and orderly manner. They are organized, clean, all chemicals are properly labeled, and equipment is repaired Skills and requirements: A minimum of 2 years experience in general custodial services. High school graduate or equivalent. Minimum 2 to 3 years supervisory experience Ability to communicate well in English both verbally and in writing. Ability to use computer hardware and software. Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and proof of current vehicle insurance.
