Our Mission is to provide services to all individuals of all economic status cultural, gender, and diversity backgrounds. NPFS also has a location in Bend, Or that provides both outpatient and intensive treatment for those needing housing. This position includes the opportunity to work with a range of clientele. Licensed or working towards licensure (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) counselors are encouraged to apply and duties might include opportunity to supervise mental health counselors for NPFS with wages or contract work available.. Counselors will assess the individual to identify the needs of the client in order to provide support and services. Counselors will work with community partners, plan, utilize case management and coordination of resources for their clients and their families. Counselor will develop a treatment plan that is based on the individual client and that provides a treatment setting in order to develop a plan that meets the client's goals and that will allow individuals and their families to grow and develop into healthy, happy, successful and contributing members of their community.
