New Priorities Family Services is a nonprofit integrated both Mental Health, DUII and substance use outpatient program in Redmond, Oregon. Our Mission is to provide services to all individuals of all economic status cultural, gender, and diversity backgrounds. NPFS also has a location in Bend, Or that provides both outpatient and intensive treatment for those needing housing. This position includes the opportunity to work with a range of clientele. Please visit our website, www.mynewpriorities.org MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Desire to help others in a caring, professional manner Masters Degree in a social services field Familiar with evidenced based interventions Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check Be A Team Player As a co-occurring program, NPFS supports NPFS staff to obtain dual certification/licensure if interested and provides supervision, training, and helps with certification/licensure fees. Licensed or working towards licensure (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) counselors are encouraged to apply and duties might include opportunity to supervise mental health counselors for NPFS with wages or contract work available.. Counselors will assess the individual to identify the needs of the client in order to provide support and services. Counselors will work with community partners, plan, utilize case management and coordination of resources for their clients and their families. Counselor will develop a treatment plan that is based on the individual client and that provides a treatment setting in order to develop a plan that meets the client's goals and that will allow individuals and their families to grow and develop into healthy, happy, successful and contributing members of their community.
