We have a variety of art studios available in our 10,000 sq ft.warehouse space (established 2011). We recently opened a new gallery in the Laurel District in Oakland and have been able to free up even more space in our warehouse and expand our professional opportunities to our studio artists.
Please note that we are a work only space, and we are only accepting visual artists, we focus on painting, drawing, printmaking, design, illustration and sculpture. Other uses may not be a good fit, when contacting us, please state your intended usage of the space along with any links to your work that are relevant.
Currently our availability is as follows:
Studio 0= 800 sq ft - $1550 month
Studio 1 - 150 sq ft - $550/month
Studio 5 - 250 sq ft -$900/month
Studio 6 - share - 100 sq ft - $325/month
Studio 12- 88 sq ft- $500/month
