Reiki Therapy | $80
Reiki is a Japanese healing modality based on the belief that a universal life energy flows through the body. This energy is channeled through gentle touch over the energy centers or chakras of the body. Reiki promotes physical healing, can remove chronic pain, helps anxiety and depression and provides an overall sense of fulfillment. Located at Namaste Massage and Spa in Keizer.
If you are not able to come in person, Reiki can be offered virtually. Distance Reiki, or absent healing, works by sending Reiki energy to you, regardless of physical distance or time, through the use of intention, based on the belief that we are all connected and energy transcends space and time. At the time of our appointment you will sit or lie down in a quiet and relaxing space, I will perform the session remotely and then call you afterwards to talk about the impressions I had during the session and steps to take to sustain healing. Sessions last about an hour.

After working in hospitals for several years, I felt a deep calling to help others heal on a more profound level. I wanted to offer a holistic approach that addresses not just physical symptoms but also emotional and spiritual needs. My own journey of personal growth and healing made me realize the power of energy work in restoring balance and promoting well-being. Being a Reiki practitioner allows me to facilitate healing in a way that honors the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit, and to support others on their own paths toward inner peace and wholeness.
