Pay Structure:

Book 10+ jobs in a single day and earn 10% commission per job that day!Average job size: $2,500–$8,280 for smaller projects, up to $150,000+ for large ones.Flexible hours—work as much or as little as you want. Paid per job booked, no hourly wage.
Requirements:
Reliable transportation to cover Redding and surrounding areas.
Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude.
Ability to learn basic sealcoating benefits (we’ll provide training).
Smartphone for calls, texts, and tracking leads.No license required, but sales experience is a plus.
