I'm looking for a house in or near Walworth with the closest thing to 24-hours of total silence. Minimal or zero aircraft noise, minimal or no car/truck traffic noise, and no neighbor noise like machines, screaming kids, dogs, roosters.
Ideal house description:
========================
* no HOA
* on 2+ acres, well separated from the road and neighbor houses
* on a cul-de-sac or road with very low traffic
* some/many trees are preferred over none
* built in year 1990 or later
* single story, 1800+ square feet
* 3+ bedrooms, 2+ baths, attached 2+ car garage
* at least one bedroom that faces opposite the road and
* the same room does NOT share a wall with a furnace or A/C
* basement that could be finished into usable space
* available high-speed internet service (land based, not satellite)

I'm also interested in a possible private / off-market sale. For example, we'd agree on a house price and work with a lawyer or two for a clean transaction and minimal overhead.
Contact me if you want to sell a house like the above description. Sooner is better.
Thanks
