Limitless Demolition & Rehab is looking for a sharp, reliable Ground Coordinator to manage daily job activity across our renovation sites. This role is critical to keeping jobs organized, crews accountable, and invoices flowing. You’ll check in on properties, document progress, communicate updates, and make sure the work being done matches what we’re billing for. This position is performance-based — you get paid per job that gets invoiced. Responsibilities: • Visit assigned job sites each day • Take before/after photos for invoices • Track progress and who’s working on site • Ensure each job matches its scope before it’s billed • Handle minor errands like dropping off materials or keys • Communicate clearly with the office and crew leads • Flag any delays, rework, or problems early Pay Structure: • You are paid per completed invoice — the more jobs you help push through, the more you earn • Average: $50–$100 per invoice depending on job size • Weekly payment available Requirements: • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license • Smartphone (for photos and communication) • Ability to follow scopes of work and check job quality • Good time management and strong communication • Basic construction knowledge is a plus but not required • Must be dependable, organized, and self-directed Workload: • Flexible daily schedule based on job flow • Typically Monday–Friday with occasional weekends TO APPLY: Text or email your name, background, and availability.
