We are seeking skilled installers to join our professional team and assist with the assembly, installation and reconfiguration of office furniture, cubicles and modular workstation set up. The ideal candidate has experience in furniture installation and office and workplace set up, has a strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in corporate environments and can complete work to exacting customer specifications. ________________________________________ Position: Installer Location: 20427 87th Avenue South, Kent, WA 98031 Schedule: Full-time, varied shifts available (day, afternoon and evening, weekend work needed). Pay: $23.00 per hour and up, depending on qualifications and experience ** Career Growth + Benefits + Team Culture ** ________________________________________ Job Responsibilities: What You'll Do • Work collaboratively with project managers, designers and team members to meet customer requirements and project deadlines. • Unpack, move and arrange workstation furniture and computer hardware according to customer specifications, map and site plan • Set up desktop equipment and verify that power is connected • Safely operate tools, equipment and lifting devices as needed. • Complete work accurately, efficiently, and with attention to detail • Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges on site. • Assist in loading and unloading box trucks. • Keep trucks, equipment and hardware organized. • Follow all safety protocols and procedures. • Represent the Lile brand with professionalism and pride. ________________________________________ Job Requirements: What You Bring • Previous experience in office workstation or cubicle installation is desirable • Familiarity with systems furniture is desirable • Strong verbal communication skills and ability to solve problems while maintaining composure. • Ability to frequently lift heavy items (50-100 lbs.) and perform physical work. • Ability to stand for extended periods. • Ability to bend, reach and twist to load and unload boxes, furniture and equipment from vehicle. • Adept at using hand and power tools for assembly. • Ability to travel for installation projects as needed. • Must be able to maintain regular and on time attendance and have reliable transportation to work. • REAL ID may be required at time of hire. ________________________________________ Opportunities and Benefits: Why Join Lile?
