Leasing Agent We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Leasing Agent with a can-do attitude to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter who excels at connecting with prospective tenants, utilizing our proven marketing methods, and developing strategies to maximize leasing. Your mission is to lease as many units as possible with courteous and quality tenants. With no caps on the number of units you can lease or the bonuses you can earn, this role offers significant earning potential for a motivated individual. Key Responsibilities: - Actively lease apartment units to prospective tenants with high-quality residents. - Identify and develop creative, effective strategies to generate leads and increase leasing activity. - Conduct tours of the property as often as possible - Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, applications, and tenant interactions using property management software. - Collaborate with the property management team to ensure a seamless leasing process and exceptional resident experience. - Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and local rental demand to optimize leasing strategies. Qualifications: - Proven sales or customer-facing experience, preferably in real estate, leasing, or hospitality. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse individuals and close leases effectively. - Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, to accommodate prospective tenants’ schedules.
