Now Hiring: Property Maintenance Technician (Worcester, MA) $22–$28/hr | Full-Time | Benefits + Growth Potential Sustainable Comfort, Inc. is looking for a hands-on Property Maintenance Technician to join our team in Worcester. We manage and maintain multifamily housing—our job is to keep these homes safe, clean, and running smoothly. If you’re experienced with tools, take pride in your work, and want a steady, reliable job with a mission-driven company, we want to hear from you. What You’ll Do: • Handle general maintenance and small to mid-size repairs • Clean up properties and remove trash or debris • Assist subcontractors when needed • Check on properties for issues and flag them for the manager • Keep things moving—work efficiently and meet deadlines • Use our maintenance tracking app to log tasks • Rotate into our on-call schedule for nights/weekends (shared) • Tackle other tasks as they come up What You’ll Need: • 3+ years of experience in building trades (maintenance, construction, landscaping, etc.) • A valid driver’s license and clean driving record • Ability to pass a background check • A good attitude—professional, respectful, and tenant-friendly Bonus Points For: • Skills in landscaping, carpentry, masonry, or electrical • Experience with snow removal or property inspections • Speaking Spanish • OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to get it—we’ll help) What We Offer: • Competitive hourly pay: $22–$28/hour, depending on experience • Full-time schedule, with some evening/weekend coverage • 3 weeks of paid vacation + 12 paid holidays • $600/month health insurance reimbursement • 401(k) with company match • Tool loans, education/training reimbursement, and room to grow This job is physical—expect to carry tools and equipment (up to 50 lbs), climb ladders, and work both indoors and out.
