I'm Randy Hess, a seasoned steel player with over 25 years of experience. Originally from Nashville, I've had the privilege of performing with top country artists like Trace Adkins, Dierks Bentley, and Blake Shelton, as well as legends such as Tom T. Hall and Pam Tillis.
What I Offer:
Session Work: Available for studio sessions or online collaborations.
Live Performances: Versatile for television appearances, live gigs, and events.
Instrumental Expertise: Besides steel, I play electric and acoustic guitar, lap steel, dobro, and banjo at a professional level.
Lessons: Offering personalized lessons in person or via Skype.
My Approach:
My goal is to push the boundaries of steel guitar, inspired by greats like Paul Franklin and Ralph Mooney. I'm open to diverse opportunities as long as they're professional. While I value collaboration, my time is also valuable, so I prioritize paid rehearsals.
