I am offering guitar, bass, and songwriting lessons at my home studio directly across from Rowan at GCC in Sewell. Available most mornings, afternoons, and early evenings with flexible scheduling.
I customize lessons for each particular student to fit his or her individual goals and interests, and provide a comprehensive education for beginners and for those of any skill level looking to learn guitar, bass, and/or create their own music and lyrics. I teach various styles of guitar playing, both acoustic and electric, and various styles of music, incorporating music theory for those interested, and also the opportunity to work with additional instruments, looping, and recording gear for those interested in song production. Also offered is instruction voice, harmony, and layering tracks.
I have over 30 years experience working in the music industry as a performer (guitar, bass, keys, voice), producer, and teacher, with degrees in music and writing.
Adult beginners for guitar or bass, more experienced players, and children 7 years old and up with adult supervision are equally welcomed and encouraged! Following is a list of specific details regarding my policies, services, and rates:
~$30 for half-hour lessons.
~ $100 monthly flat fee (4 or 5 lessons a month) 1/2 hr lessons paid on the 1st lesson of the month.
~$40 for hour lessons or $150 monthly flat fee paid on the 1st lesson of the month.
~I offer opportunities to record and perform all of your ideas. Multi-track recording.
~Weekly lessons at a set time are recommended, but not required. Flexible scheduling is offered.
~Bi-weekly and other customized scheduling, including single refresher sessions, is available.
~I offer per lesson payment and monthly discounts with no contract.
~I offer lessons mornings, afternoon, and early evening.
