Purchased used in May 2024 and used several times to visit grandchildren in Tennessee. Always covered, sleeps 4 people, 3-way refrigerator (12v, 110v, propane), microwave/convection oven. I have made several modifications for better comfort. Added wire shelving over kitchen area, mirrors on outside shower door and inside bath, hinged door under seating area, vent cover over fan, blankets over bunk beds mattress, raised outside step, sway bar installed, and puck lights in cabinets. I have replaced metal screws with SS screws on the outside frame and sealed it up against water intrusion. Purchased an RV extension cord for longer reach, included is an extra converter, wheel covers, leveling blocks, fresh water and gray water hoses, original manuals, new CO2/propane detector (not installed), folding step stool, and water pressure regulator. There is an r dome tent included but not sure if all the parts are there. I tried to install it, but without instructions a no go. Dry weight is listed at 2147 lbs. with a hitch weight of 244 lbs., and I tow with a 2018 Honda Ridgeline V6. (615) 305-1420 for more info. post id: 1470063544
