400+ sq ft basement room available in June! This is a very cool space, set up in a way that makes it easy to partition the area into your own apartment-like flow. There are hidden cabinets and storage areas tucked around the room.
We're a mixed gender house of 20-30 somethings ( Elis (M), Tullip (They/Them) and Indi (F) looking for a queer-friendly roommate to share our 115 yo, 2,700 sq ft home with. The house is on a double lot with a big backyard perfect for gardening and hangouts, is close to multiple grocery stores, the max line, restaurants, a Laundromat (just in case) and is steps away from the 75 bus line.
Our ideal roommate is responsible, respectful, cleans up after themselves and is willing to sign a year lease.
Rent is $838.75 a month, utilities vary from around $100-200 a month depending on the season. Total move in costs are first and last months rent, and a $175 security deposit. There is a $300 refundable holding fee to move in after June. We use TimeTree to remind everyone when garbage and recycling dates are. We all work different schedules, so maintaining a quiet environment is crucial. Overnight guests are ok, as long as everyone is informed before hand.
Parking is limited, but we have an indoor bike rack available for use.
There is one cat in the home, he is friendly, and mostly chills on the second floor. A second cat is negotiable, but sorry, no pups :(
There is a $500 pet deposit, and $10 monthly pet rent if another cat were to join us.
