Position Overview We are seeking a full-time, in-person Consumer Protection Attorney to join our Chicago office. The ideal candidate will have at least two (2) years of plaintiff-side litigation experience specifically in consumer law under statutes such as the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, Credit Repair Organizations Act, and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. This is a litigation-heavy position with a focus on volume casework, settlement negotiations, and legal drafting. The role requires a hands-on litigator who can work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and who is committed to protecting consumer rights.
