THIS IS A FULL OR PART TIME CONSULTING POSITION Azari Property Management, who is a Property Manger back office administrator in Northern and Southern California, is looking for an experienced HOA admin consultant to work from home. The starting position is part time , 1099 , working from home and there is no property visit required. The work will include replying to emails and making sure all of our clients who are homeowners in a small HOAs are being taken care of ASAP. This position reports directly to our HOA Director, Eugenia Mantzoros & CFO , Manzar Azari . The right person should be familiar with the Davis Stirling Act; have superior customer service skills; and believe in "Results, No Excuses" attitude, which is Azari Property Mgmt's motto. The right candidate should be familiar with email, voicemail and fluent in English. The right consultant should have a positive & can do attitude; be able to make positive changes as needed; be flexible; look outside the box; and be open for any suggestions or improvements with smile … In this position, there is no urgent matters to take care of. All emails or any task can be done during the day at the consultant's available time 5 pm to 8 pm Monday to Fridayto perform assignements. Consultant will work from home. This is a consultant/ per project paid as a 1099 independent contractor consulting position. We are looking for a person who is trustworthy, reliable, can commit long time with at least 2 years HOA admin experience to apply , need 2 current references to be qualify.
