Description: We’re seeking a versatile and motivated Assistant Production Manager to join our in-office team full-time. Oversee lobster processing and production in Ready-to-Eat (RTE) room Supervise the cooking, butchering, picking and freezing of lobsters and lobster meat Manage temp employees labor and hours Inspect work to uphold quality control standards Record inventory daily on various SKUs Must have a valid driver's license Enforce all worker safety and food safety standards and protocols Comply with FDA, HACCP, and OSHA regulations This is a temporary position that will run from the hire date through 12/31/25. Physical Demands: Able to lift 15 pounds frequently and 50+ pounds occasionally Able to stand on feet for the duration of the shift Able to twist, bend, and kneel during shift as needed Full Time Benefits: 100% paid employee healthcare after 60 days 100% paid dental after 60 days Group vision available Long term disability after 60 days 401(k) Plan & Match - 100% match on your first 3% and 50% match on your next 2% of contributions.
