Warehouse Shift Lead
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Shift Lead to join our team. This is a full-time leadership position responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations and ensuring team efficiency and accuracy. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, leadership experience, and a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Key Responsibilities: o - Lead, manage, and direct warehouse team members during assigned shifts. o - Ensure all team members take their scheduled breaks and lunches on time. o - Assist in managing and maintaining accurate inventory counts. • Perform inventory audits and report discrepancies clearly and accurately. o - Use Microsoft Word and Excel to maintain and report operational data. o - Support daily production goals and ensure shift tasks are completed efficiently. o - Communicate clearly with management and team members to ensure smooth operations. o - Enforce safety and operational policies in the warehouse. Qualifications: o - Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution environment (leadership experience preferred). o - Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. o - Strong organizational and time management skills. o - Excellent communication and leadership abilities. o - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift. o - High school diploma or equivalent required. Work Schedule: o Full-time hours (exact schedule to be discussed during the interview). o Flexibility for overtime or weekend shifts as needed.
