In 2009, we opened a cultural space that became a cornerstone for independent artists. Now, we’re reimagining that success in a larger, two-level venue designed to support even more artistic innovation.

This new space is located on the 14th Street NW corridor—between Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods—one of DC’s busiest and most vibrant areas surrounded by restaurants, shops, and foot traffic.

Modular Studio Options
Spaces start at just \$550–\$600/month—a fraction of the market rate, which typically exceeds \$30,000/month for similar commercial spaces for residence artisan. For guest artisan we are looking at the rate of $88/per day.
Artists can customize their space using mobile modular walls and leave inventory on site, ideal for sculptors and delicate work.

A front-facing space is available for a specialty or bakery artisan, complete with its own window.
We are looking for crafters and artisan that are looking to go to the next level. We like to know your product line or artist medium or crafts and please submit a few photos.
