Litigation Contract Attorney
Beacon Hill' client, a full-service Am Law 100 firm is in need of CA contact attorneys to assist with taking depositions for their warranty litigation team Location: This is 100% remote and can be located in CA, AZ, NM, OR, NV, WA, UT, ID as long as the candidate is CA barred Duration: TBD Pay: $50-$90/hour Requirements: Candidates must have litigation experience and be proficient/ well-versed with California procedure Experience handling depositions Lemon law/ vehicle warranty experience is great but not required Products liability, mass torts, and/or class actions would also be preferred (plaintiff's warranty firm experience is a conflict) CA barred and in good standing Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
