We invest in our people, offering competitive pay, hands-on training, and real growth opportunities within a supportive, high-energy team. ✅ What You’ll Do - Make outbound calls to homeowner for exterior remodeling services (e.g., roofing, solar, painting, windows) - Qualify inbound leads, schedule appointments, and coordinate with field sales reps - Maintain detailed CRM records of all calls, scripts, and outcomes - Meet daily/weekly call and appointment-setting targets - Collaborate closely with Inside and Field Sales to optimize lead conversion 🎯 What We’re Looking For - Previous telemarketing, inside sales, or appointment-setting experience (ideally in home services or remodeling) - Confident phone presence—polished communication and persuasion skills - Results-driven mindset with strong follow-through - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, call-intensive environment - Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving results while ensuring customer satisfaction. - A background in customer service is beneficial for understanding client needs effectively. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 🕒 Schedule Monday–Friday, Saturday as needed 💵 Compensation - Hourly rate: $20–$30 - Bonus/commission opportunity based on performance 📝 Ready to Apply?
