Cecil Ryu Taekwondo is a style that uses ITF forms and cross-trains in Judo, Hapkido and Kyusho Jitsu. The class is taught by Senior Master Cecil Washington. All classes are offered through the Maryland National Park and Planning Commission. This class is for all ages and is ideal for those of us who have to work a day job, rear a family and/or go to school while studying the martial arts.
