This full service water treatment company has roughly 28 employees and sub-contractors. We need a bookkeeper that knows Quickbooks with expertise. Duties include overseeing payroll, Sales commissions, pushing financed sales through paying bills, and all the normal things a bookkeeper does for a medium sized company. Depending on your experience and availability, this could be either a Part Time or Full Time position. Full Time employees receive the following benefits: -(Full Time) Hourly pay up to 40 hours per week (Overtime if you are available Saturday & we need you) -Bonuses based on the sales made by our outside sales team (Average bonus for an appointment setter is $300-400 per month) -We pay every 2 weeks -Up to 4 weeks vacation (1, 3, 5, 10 years of employment = 1, 2, 3, 4 weeks vacation) -Additional 4 personal/sick days offered after 6 months -Health care reimbursement after 6 months ($200 added to your paycheck each month) -401k matched investment option after 90 days (up to 4% of your pay will be matched for investments you choose) -Reviews at 90 days and annually, in addition to inflationary increases -Paid holidays after 90 days Please send in a detailed resume and we will review it (make sure your phone number is current!)
