However, primary roles would be in facilitating Show Producer with any and all non-production tasks. Production Assistant tasks may include, but are not limited to: -Gear transportation to and from venue -Cable path management -Assist with setup and strike -Coordinating non-production needs (meals, first aid, picking up equipment, etc.) -Be proactive in finding resources, locations, hours, prices, etc. for items needed by Show Producer -Set up craft services and refresh as needed -Ensure ALL team meals are ordered/delivered on time (lunch and dinner) -Provide breakfast for the Producer on every day of event unless otherwise directed -Act as Cybis Photographer (Team photos, stage photos, backstage photos) Additionally, our Cybis Production Assistant may be needed to serve as a “runner” for all Production Team Members.
