Critical Factors – What’s Needed to be Successful • Minimum of 5 years of strong structural drafting skills. • Able to produce construction documents for building structures, soil shoring and site plans • Understand various types of building construction materials, including wood, steel, concrete, and CMU • Proficient in AutoCAD 2019 or later • Familiar with Bluebeam • Construction Education preferred • Strong Communication skills • Familiarity with Revit and SketchUp is a plus though not required.
