Columbia Center Heights Executive Suites has space available with a full range of amenities. Suites ranging in size from 130sf to over 500sf there is a size to fit any need. We provide front desk-reception services Monday thru Friday business hours, tenants have 24hr secured access to meet clients after hours. Each suite includes phone line, WiFi and 16 hours per month access to any of our conference rooms (does not roll over) fax, copies, postage and office center available, some charges apply. Building maintenance, janitorial and exterior maintenance including snow removal in winter included. Utilities included, every office has at least 1 exterior window, kitchenette and bathrooms on each floor, elevator access. Our friendly professional staff is available to greet clients, receive calls and forward messages. They also assist in various business/secretarial services
